The pieces

Everything here is natural stone. Colour, marking, size and inclusion vary from piece to piece, and photographs are taken in the light we have. We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Where a listing offers a choice of stone or size, you receive the one you select; where a listing holds several similar pieces, you will receive one item in similar size and quality but colors will vary slightly.

Nothing sold here is a medical device, a medicine, or a substitute for professional care of any kind. Crystals are sold as objects of beauty and meaning. Any properties described are traditional or spiritual associations, not claims of physical or mental health benefit. If you are unwell, please see a doctor.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, and will refund in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock counts accurate, but where a piece sells in two places at once we will contact you and refund.

Shipping

We ship as promptly as we can. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Damage in transit is handled under our Refund Policy.

Your conduct

This shop, and the spaces around it, are open to everyone. Harassment, bullying and abuse of any kind — towards us or towards other customers — will end your welcome here, and we may cancel orders and block accounts on that basis alone.
