He sets the strategic vision from the corner office (the windowsill) and communicates primarily through decisive (and typically judgy) eye contact. No meeting starts without him, mostly because he's already sitting on the agenda.

Ares keeps the operation running, one task at a time and strictly at his own pace. He's the team's Head of Purr-cessing: every request goes through him, gets thoroughly considered, batted around, and returned when he's good and ready. Detail-oriented, occasionally intense, and a firm believer that everything is faster with a supervisor sitting directly on the keyboard.

Apollo takes a paws-on approach to leadership, conducting daily check-ins from the warmest available spot. His core competencies include strategic napping, deadline-adjacent stretching, and delivering feedback via slow blinks. Reviews are always constructive — provided you bring snacks and skritches.

Jupiter brings enthusiasm to everything and comprehension to almost none of it. As Chief Vibes Officer, he contributes no measurable work but excellent morale — showing up to every meeting, sitting proudly on the wrong document, and staring at the wall with the quiet confidence of a cat who has no idea what's happening but is thrilled to be included. Not the sharpest claw in the paw, but the biggest heart in the building.
